Signing up and using the Signal HBA Insurance Program is straightforward and hassle-free.  

Our processes ensure simple, accurate, and timely enrollment:

Franchisee

  • Call for a quote.
  • Set a start date.
  • Complete questionnaire, provide enrollment lists, and manage payments.

HBA

  • Provide quotes and conduct meetings.
  • Receive and process enrollment details.
  • Send ID cards and plan information to employees.

BenefitElect

  • Handle initial and open enrollment and communicate selections to HBA.
  • Coordinate payroll integration.
  • Process new hire/terminations.

MMA

  • Collaborate with Human Resources.
  • Simplify compliance.
  • Provide resources for benefits administration.
  • Service: Coordination with your HR team to offer strategic advice and resources.
  • Compliance: Access to the Compliance Center of Excellence to simplify adherence to regulations, like HIPAA, ACA, and state and federal laws.
  • Resources: Take advantage of clear explanations and steps for successful benefits administration.
  • Enrollment: HBA will upload employee and dependent data and send ID cards and plan details directly to employees.
  • Open Enrollment: Coordinate open enrollment, process benefit elections, and send to HBA before the start date.
  • Timely Submissions: Submit necessary documents on time, including plan choices, contributions, and enrollment methods.
  • Payroll Integration: BenefitElect sends plan elections to your payroll system and offers ongoing updates.
  • New Hires and Terminations: BenefitElect starts enrollment for new hires and terminates coverage for employees leaving the plan.
